I ordered a small piece from sticks.com, and the first thing I noticed was the craftsmanship. It just has that handmade look in the best way, like you can tell someone actually sat there and paid attention to what they were doing instead of it feeling mass-produced or rushed. The paint lines are clean, the little details are done carefully, and nothing about it looks sloppy to me.
It also feels really solid in person, which I appreciated because sometimes handmade-looking items can still feel kind of flimsy, but this one doesn’t. There are a few tiny quirks here and there, but I actually like that because it makes the piece feel more personal and real, not like something copied perfectly by a machine. Overall I’m very happy with it and it has a lot more character than I expected

Maybe it’s just me, but I was expecting a lot more for what I paid. The items looked really good online, so I was excited, but once they showed up, they just didn’t feel as nice or as worth it in person.

Shipping added even more to the total, which made it feel harder to justify. I’ve bought similar stuff from other places for less and ended up happier with it, so I don’t think I’d order again.

My order did show up in good shape, so no complaints there. It just took a few days longer than I was expecting, and I kept checking the tracking while drinking my morning coffee like it was going to magically update. It wasn’t a huge deal, just a little slow. I do wish the shipping updates were clearer, because for a bit I wasn’t sure if it was actually moving or just sitting somewhere.

Overall, the site was easy to get around. The menus made sense, and pages loaded quickly on my phone, which I definitely appreciated. A few of the filters were kind of tucked away, and checkout took me a minute to figure out... but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d probably give it 5 stars if browsing felt just a little smoother

I ordered from Sticks kind of on impulse because the pieces looked really nice online. When they arrived, my first reaction was that they looked decent, and some parts do feel solid. But after handling everything for a few minutes, a few pieces felt lighter than I expected, especially for the price. Nothing came damaged or anything, so that was good, but I thought it would feel a little sturdier. Overall it’s fine, just not something I’d immediately jump to buy again.

I got a custom piece for my sister’s birthday and she really loved it. It felt personal without being cheesy, which is exactly what I was hoping for. Shipping was fine too. The only thing is that when I had a question, the response made me feel a little dismissed, like they didn’t really want to deal with it. Still, the gift itself turned out great and I’d probably order again.

Ordering was a bit frustrating. I have a basic standard for online shopping: the checkout should be quick and work without a bunch of issues. This one kept glitching or messing up, which made the whole process more annoying than it needed to be.

I did hear back from support in the end, but it took longer than I expected. If you need help quickly, just a heads-up that you might be waiting around for a bit.

I bought this from sticks.com a few months back, i keep thinking, okay, when is it going to start showing wear? But so far, it’s been surprisingly solid. I use it every day and haven’t noticed any cracking or loose parts, which is a relief. There is one tiny scuff in the finish already, and yeah, part of me was like, really, already? But it’s not a big deal and doesn’t affect anything. Overall, it feels sturdy and well-made, just not completely flawless, so I’d give it 4 stars.

The communication was okay, but I felt a little confused at times. I think if things had been explained more clearly, I would’ve felt more comfortable and confident about the whole experience...

I really liked the idea of these because I’m into handmade-looking art, so I kind of regret not thinking more about how they’d actually fit in my space before buying. The designs are fun, but they felt a little too busy for my rooms, and the colors/patterns weren’t as easy to match as I expected. Some pieces looked great online, but in person they were just a bit much for my style. Not bad at all, just not something I’d probably choose again

I was interested at first, but the pricing was confusing. The cost didn’t really become clear until I got to checkout, and then extra fees started showing up. It made me feel like they were more focused on squeezing money out of people than being upfront. I ended up leaving without buying anything.

I was a little nervous about ordering because the item seemed like it could easily get scratched or banged up in shipping. When I had asked about it, I kind of felt dismissed, like I was worrying over nothing, but I still went ahead with the order.

Thankfully, Sticks really did pack it well. There was plenty of padding, everything was snug in the box, and it arrived clean with no dents or broken corners. I’m still a bit annoyed my concern didn’t feel taken seriously, but the packing itself was great.

I’ve ordered from them twice now, and both deliveries showed up late. The second one was the most annoying because it just sat somewhere for days, and support kept basically telling me the same thing over and over: just wait. I don’t mind a delay if someone can actually explain what’s going on, but having to keep asking and getting the same non-answer is frustrating. I’m not ordering again.

I gave this 4 stars because, reading between the lines of the product photos, the colors are close to what I expected. One shade looked just a little darker in person, but not in a bad way. Overall, it still looks really nice and I’m happy with it

It took a bit longer to produce than I was expecting, but it was still okay overall. For the price, I can’t complain too much.

I tried placing what I thought would be a simple custom order, but something felt off once I started going through the options. The colors and designs weren’t really what I expected, and even changing small details was more confusing than it needed to be. For the price, I expected a lot more flexibility. In the end, I wasn’t really happy with how it turned out.

I sent my return back and thought it would be straightforward, but it took way longer than expected. The refund still hasn’t been sorted either, which is really frustrating. Anyway, lovely weather today, but yeah, this process has been a pain

I haven’t Seen designs like this before, and I thought they were cool. Definitely feels a little different in a good way.
